Múli er stofnað árið 2019 sem sígauna verkefni með aðstöðu í Austra brugghúsi. Múli tók svo við rekstrinum um áramótin 2025. Brugghúsið er þriggja tanka 1200 lítra kerfi og samanstendur af vantstank (Hot liquor tank),
Meskitank og suðutank. Í dag eru alls 8 gerjunartankar, 6x 600L og 2x 2400L og gerjunarpláss því um 8400 lítrar. Árleg framleiðsla er nú tæpir 50.000 lítrar en framleiðslugeta með núverandi búnað um 100.000L
